It's a gel polish sealant that allows you to create a matte effect on your manicure, and you'll feel a velvety texture to the touch.
This top coat perfectly seals all Nailover colors.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
After correctly applying the color and curing it perfectly for at least 60 seconds, apply a thin layer of Velvet Touch and make sure to seal the entire cuticle area, then cure for 120 seconds.
